Salary: £48,000 - £50,000 basic per annum

About the Role:

Are you an experienced Electrical Engineer looking to advance your career with a prestigious company? We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Electrical Engineer to join our client on one of their flag-ship contracts; a nearly 40-storey office building in the heart of the city.

Key Responsibilities:

As an Electrical Engineer in the built environment you will ensure the seamless functtionality of a wide range of building systems. This will be achieved through regular maintenance and efficient, high-quality reactive repair work.

* Perform planned and reactive maintenance.

* Perform small works, installations, and refurbishments.

* Participate in building shutdowns.

* Maintain accurate and compliant records of work.

* Adhere to health and safety policy, and enforce it when necessary.

* Collaborate with the day team and shift team onsite to ensure seamless operations.

* Join the call-out rota, participating once every four weeks.

* Salary: £48,000 - £50,000 per annum.

* Annual Leave: 25 days + Bank Holidays.

* Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM.

Candidate Requirements:

* Relevant electrical engineering qualifications (City & Guilds, NVQ, BEng).

* 2 - 4 Years Experince in Commercial Facilities Maintenance (Essential).

* Strong knowledge of planned maintenance procedures.

* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

* Willingness to participate in call-out rota and building shutdowns.
