An excellent opportunity to join a global law firm as Facilities & Officers Services Coordinator, supporting a busy international firm in the facilities function. This is a 12 month FTC based in London. The role would suit someone with experience in account and services management, facilities support and administration.

Role

* Contract Management – manage and coordinate suppliers

* Inbox and Request Management – dealing with facilities requests and problem solving

* Employee facilities tours and inductions

* KPI and SLA monitoring for suppliers and contractors

* Financial administration including invoice processing

* Support contracts including gardening, equipment, stationery, gardeners

Candidate Requirements

* Facilities Management Experience

* PA, EA or Secretarial Experience

* Contract Management experience including budgets and compliance

* MS Office skills

* Attention to detail

Salary – up to 45k, Hybrid working in London
