An established financial services business is looking to recruit a Client Services Administrator into its team due to growth. This is an office-based role: 5 days per week in the office in the Telford / Wolverhampton area, West Midlands.
The successful candidate will support Advisors with business tasks and business processing, with a strong focus on client meetings. Duties will include making appointments, preparing and distributing client meeting packs, answering and logging all client calls, inputting CFR documents on Salesforce, processing fund switches / rebalances & withdrawals, preparing business submission documents, liaising with the Paraplanning team as well as ensuring GDPR & FCA protocols are adhered to.
This role would suit a proven Administrator with Wealth Management experience.
This Client Services Administrator role is paying £23,000 - £27,000 plus benefits including Performance Related Bonus, Pension, Private Healthcare, Private Medical Insurance, Cash Plan (Dental/Opticians etc), plus 25 days holidays excluding bank holidays
