The Opportunity

My client are a long standing and successful manufacturing business. Please apply to find out more as the nature of what they do is confidential. They are looking for an experienced logistics coordinator to support the fast paced nature of their manufacturing facility. This will suit any warehouse supervisors, operations/logistics coordinators, or experienced warehouse operatives who are looking for a new and exciting challenge.

Responsibilities

* Ensure warehouse facility is sufficiently staffed with operatives to meet company output and quality targets

* Oversee inventory control and stock management

* Assist the Supply Chain Manager with various tasks

* Monitor KPIs and other performance indicators

* Ensure correct booking in of material and stored correctly in a timely manner

* Assist with daily and quarterly stock takes

About you

* Hands on experience in a warehouse/manufacturing environment

* FLT license

* Knowledge of customs procedures (desirable)

* Stock management/inventory control experience

* Knowledge of goods in/out/quality procedures

* Positive attitude and customer focussed
