Job Title: Software Developer

Location: Southampton

Working Arrangement: Hybrid - 3 Days On-Site Per Week

Overview of Business & Opportunity:

An opportunity has arisen for a Software Developer to join a growing team within a market leading business who design and manufacture products here in the UK, to be used within the in the Marine and O&G Sectors.

Based out of Southampton, this role offers the chance to work on state of the art technology that will be sold and recognised worldwide.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Develop, Test & Review Code to Regulatory Standards

- Optimize & Maintain Existing Software Systems

- Collaborate and Work with Existing Software Team to Understand Project Requirements & Create Project Roadmap/Delivery Plan

- Contribute & Suggest New & Innovative Ideas to Projects as well as Existing Products

Key Skills:

- Proven experience in software development, with expertise in C#, JavaScript, React, .NET & HTML.

- Experience working on a GUI

- Developing Windows & Linux Applications

Desirable Experience:

- Understanding of Python

- Experience working in a Regulated Industry/Sector

Education:

A University Degree in relevant area such as Software Engineering
