Our client is a renowned and well-regarded 5* volume house builder who, with an excellent land bank and project pipeline, are looking to add an experienced Engineering Manager to what is already a high performing team.

You will be responsible for all of the engineering design stages of each project. From proposal to completion, you will own the entire scope of work, manage all client relationships including liaising with external stakeholders and take responsibility for the overall success of multiple projects

Key Responsibilities:

* Responsible for managing technical consents and ensuring approvals align with business requirements.

* Responsible for managing all engineering designs.

* Identifying any constraints or risks.

* Carry out due diligence on designs to ensure commercially efficient and compliant with both technical and Group standards.

* Responsible for all development service requirements and appointing utility contractors.

* Ensure the appropriate approvals and wayleaves are progressed.

* Support groundworker tenders and ensure all allowances are made within the scope
