About the Role

We are looking for a highly organised senior administrator to join our team in Middlesbrough. This role involves high-level administration duties, managing a bespoke database, and ensuring the smooth coordination of maintenance for street lighting in Redcar & Cleveland.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately complete daily tasks within strict timescales to avoid financial penalties.
Monitor management information systems (MIS)
Generate and validate work orders for operatives, coordinate permits, and liaise with external stakeholders.
Assist the Office Manager with various administrative duties and provide cover in their absence.
Manage a small commercial fleet, including scheduling maintenance and ensuring compliance with licensing requirements.
Work collaboratively within a small team
Participate in relevant training as required for the role.
Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and external partners.
Comply with company policies, procedures, and health & safety requirements, including standard Drug & Alcohol testing.Who We're Looking For:

Proven experience in a senior administrative role.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience working with databases and management information systems.
