Full Time Primary School Teacher position in Naphill starting from September 2024

Pay: £31,350 – £47,839 (dependent on experience)

Start Date: ASAP/ Jan 

Location: Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire

The role will require the following responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and creative lessons across the primary curriculum.
Develop and implement effective classroom management strategies to create a positive learning environment.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of all students, including those with special educational needs.
Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and carers to support students' academic and personal development.
Participate in school events, staff meetings, and professional development opportunities.
Contribute to the wider school community, promoting the school's values and ethos.

The ideal candidate will have/be:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching qualifications.
Experience teaching in a primary school setting.
Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities.
A commitment to ongoing professional development and reflective practice.
A positive, energetic, and resilient approach to teaching.
Has a clear and valid DBS on the update service or willing to obtain one.
A commitment to the welfare and safeguarding of children.
