The Role

They are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a large commercial project, ensuring that all on-site activities run smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Site Oversight: Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

* Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate operatives and subcontractors, maintaining high standards of craftsmanship and professionalism.

* Quality Assurance: Ensure all work meets exemplary standards and adheres to project specifications.

* Health & Safety Compliance: Uphold strict health and safety regulations, creating a safe working environment for all.

* Problem-Solving: Address any on-site challenges promptly and effectively, maintaining project momentum.

* Client Liaison: Work closely with clients and project stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the process.

About You

* Experience: Proven track record in site management within the construction or M&E sectors.

* Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and coordinate a team of operatives and subcontractors.

* Attention to Detail: A commitment to quality and a keen eye for ensuring standards are met or exceeded.
