Location: Westbury, Wiltshire, BA13 4WD
Shifts: Continental rotating - 12-hour days & nights
We're seeking skilled engineers to innovate at one of the UK's leading dairy sites. Be part of a team transforming milk into world-renowned products like Anchor butter and Arla's milk powder.
Your Impact:
* Maintain critical equipment through reactive, planned, and preventative activities.
* Lead problem-solving and continuous improvement to boost efficiency.
* Use CMMS and SAP PM systems.
* Support site projects including modifications and CAPEX.
Equipment You'll Work With:
Milk pasteurisation, separators, dryers, fillers, robots, vision systems, HVAC, steam boilers, compressors, and more.
Success Factors:
* Ambition & drive
* Multiskilled engineering experience (mechanical/electrical)
* Qualifications: Apprenticeship/NVQ Level 3/ONC/HNC/HND
* Experience in fast-paced, automated environments
* Computer literate (SAP, Microsoft Office, SCADA)
