My client is a leading electrical wholesaler in the UK. They are looking for an internal sales manager in their Preston branch.
The Role:
Working alongside the Branch Manager and Assistant Branch Manager on operational duties
Helping to Grow and increasing sales in the branch’s geographical area.
Continually identifying and developing new and existing business accounts or ideas within the branch to streamline operations
Developing strong customer relationships to maximise the full potential of all accounts on trade counter sales
Helping existing Sales Managers with quotation generation and preparation
The ability to not be afraid of rejection, be it on the phone or face to face.
Working as part of a tightly knit team to achieve high standards of business excellence.
Able to demonstrate sample products confidently face to face to potential clients
The ability to build and sustain professional relationships.
The ability to independently plan, organise and work to tight deadlines.
Smartly presented portraying a professional company image.
A valid UK driving licence
Desirable Skills:
Punctual, reliable and able to demonstrate effective time management
Career focussed, hardworking and ambitious.
Strong telephone skills
Positive, ambitious and driven with excellent listening/communication skills
Experience of the wholesale industry would be advantageous
