As an Account Manager you will build and maintain a very strong client relationship to ensure that you fully understand the client's needs, and ensure that you have a suitable and quality workforce to meet the clients demand.

> Responsible for managing shift of workers
> Managing productivity
> Liaising with training department to arrange training & inductions
> Collating data to prepare MI & KPI reports
> General admin
> Attending client meetings
