We are recruiting a Payroll Manager on behalf of a global leader in speciality materials, renowned for innovative solutions in material science. This is a full- time permanent role based in Stockton-on-Tees, working in a values-led culture centred on integrity, respect, and collaboration, with a strong commitment to inclusivity, diversity, and sustainability. You will have the opportunity to contribute to global industry advancements.
  
You will be overseeing the entire UK payroll function across multiple sites, including:

Managing payroll reconciliations and resolving discrepancies
Ensuring compliance with legislative reporting and accurate submissions
Administering pensions and handling international payrolls
Overseeing annual pay reviews and system upgrades   
You will have:

A degree in Payroll or Finance with multi-site experience is desirable
Strong knowledge of payroll legislation and pension processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP Business Objects
Experience managing complex payrolls and confidential data
Familiarity with iTrent is an advantage
