Position: Sales Administrator
Contract: Fixed Term (6 months) – potential for extension

We are recruiting a Sales Administrator to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract starting in January 2025. This office-based role offers a competitive salary package and the opportunity to contribute to our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer enquiries and provide timely resolutions.
Maintain accurate customer records and support new project quotations.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure delivery commitments are met.
Process and track sales and spare part orders.
Support warranty claims and liaise with Germany on urgent orders.
Assist with various administrative tasks as required.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in technical mechanical sales administration.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and excellent communication abilities.
Commercial acumen and a professional telephone manner.
Benefits:
Salary: £30k-£35k (dependent on experience) plus pro-rata annual bonus.
36.5-hour workweek: Mon–Thu 08:30-16:30, Fri 08:30-15:30.
