You will work for a leading educational institute, covering a region across Berkshire, north London, Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire area. You will work as a maintenance surveyor working with surveys, general maintenance projects. 

You will work from home, as well as travelling to site each week to monitor the projects, liaise with contractors and other consultants. 

You will ensure high quality building and estate maintenance surveying, condition surveying, preparation of maintenance plans, cost estimates, statutory compliance and the delivery of associated minor capital improvement projects to meet the needs of the organisation, on an individual school basis and to proactively support schools in maintaining their buildings and wider school environment in a safe and compliant manner.

You will receive a basic salary of up to £48000, and local government pension. As well as the opportunity to work for a leading academy trust
