SEND Teacher | Full-time | Long-term contract | September start | Paid to Scale

A primary school in Harrow are looking for a qualified and experienced SEND Teacher to join them from September on a full-time basis. The Role In this SEND Teacher role you will be the main class teacher for a group of children within the DSP. All pupils in the class have diagnosed Autism and vary in their communication ability and learning needs. The class follow a sensory curriculum and you will be required to teach engage children in a range of learning and development activities. You will work alongside an experienced team of teachers and support staff within the provision and you will have access to a range of training and collaboration to develop your teaching practice.

The school is accessible via public transport and via car with parking available.

To apply for this role, you must have:

Qualified Teacher Status
Experience teaching young people with SEND
A comprehensive knowledge, understanding and experience of working with children with Autism
