Selecti Global is looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to join a leading food manufacturing company. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of HACCP principles, and a passion for maintaining high production standards. You’ll oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

? Supervise daily production activities, ensuring targets and schedules are met.
? Lead and support production staff, providing coaching and training to improve performance.
? Implement and uphold HACCP protocols and food safety regulations.
? Conduct routine equipment checks and basic maintenance to prevent downtime.
? Collaborate with quality assurance teams to maintain high product standards.
? Maintain accurate production records, including output, waste, and compliance.
? Promote a safe, efficient, and team-oriented work environment.

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ Proven experience in a supervisory role within food production.
✔️ Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations.
✔️ Mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot minor equipment issues.
✔️ Detail-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
✔️ Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate a team.
✔️ Basic maths skills for record-keeping and data analysis.
✔️ Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-moving environment.
