An opportunity has arisen for a Deputy Manager / Home Manager (Children's Home) with 2 years of supervisory experience within a children's residential setting to join a care provider, supporting children’s and young people aged between 8 - 25 years.

This full-time, permanent role offers excellent benefits and salary of £15.44 per hour for 40 hours work week plus £70.50 for sleep-in.

As a Deputy Manager / Home Manager, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring exemplary standards in care and regulatory compliance.

What we are looking for:

Previously worked as a Deputy Manager, Children's home manager, home manager, care manager or in a similar role.
Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience within a children's residential setting.
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (Children and Young People) or equivalent qualification.
Understanding of Ofsted regulations and relevant legislation for children's services.
Knowledge of safeguarding policies and practices.
Computer literacy and effective organisational skills.
