We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic Chemistry Teacher to join a thriving secondary school in Tonbridge, Kent. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a dedicated science department and help students excel in one of the most exciting and fundamental subjects.

The Role: As a Chemistry Teacher, you will:

* Teach Chemistry at Key Stage 3, GCSE, and A-Level, delivering engaging lessons that foster a deep understanding of the subject.

* Develop creative lesson plans that inspire curiosity and excitement about the world of Chemistry.

* Provide timely assessments, feedback, and support to help students succeed and reach their full potential.

* Collaborate with colleagues in the Science department to develop and share best practices.

* Contribute to extracurricular activities, such as science clubs or revision sessions, to support student engagement beyond the classroom.

The Ideal Candidate: We are looking for a Chemistry Teacher who:

* Holds a degree in Chemistry or a closely related field.

* Has Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or is working towards it. NQTs are encouraged to apply.

* Has experience teaching Chemistry at GCSE and A-Level (or is confident in doing so).

* Is passionate about teaching Chemistry and able to make complex concepts accessible and engaging.

* Has excellent communication and organisational skills.

* Thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to creating a supportive and inclusive classroom.
