Your new company

* We are working with a global energy and facilities maintenance provider, specialising in providing Total and Hard Facilities Maintenance services, who have a long-term contract with a high-profile client based in Hertfordshire.

Your new role

* This is a static position, as a HVAC Maintenance Engineer covering a large critical commercial building based in Hertfordshire, Welwyn Garden City.

* Providing preventive, corrective and reactive maintenance on a range of commercial HVAC building services equipment; Splits, VRV's, VRF's, AHU's, FCU's, AC Units, Vents etc.

* Mon - Fri (8am - 5pm) or (7am-4pm) with 1-hours lunch.

* Working in a M&E and Fabric team of over 10 Engineers.

* Reporting directly into the Engineering Manager.

What you'll need to succeed

* We are keen to speak to Engineers who are AC Qualified with their F-GAS Qualification

* Ideally have 4+ Years worth of experience Maintaining Commercial AC Equipment.

* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships

* Must live within a commutable distance of Hertfordshire, Welwyn Garden City.
