Assistant Site Manager - Houghton Conquest

Approach Personnel are working in partnership with a leading new build housing developer who are seeking a Site Manager on a permanent basis to work on a large new build development in Derby.

You will be joining a privately owned, well renowned and successful company who have value their staff above anything else.

Responsibilities:

Overseeing, monitoring, and managing the progress of construction projects

Ensuring the safety of construction sites by making safety inspections and enforcing safety guidelines and protocols

Working cooperatively and liaising with clients and/or potential stakeholders and update them on progress

Ensuring that contractors and staff/workers are motivated and focused

Overseeing and managing budgets throughout construction projects

Preparing, coordinating, and writing site reports, drawings, and other necessary documents.

Qualification Requirements:

SMSTS/SSSTS

Level 6 NVQ in site management

1st Aid

CSCS
