Software Tester – Manchester.

Our global client in Manchester seeks an experienced Software Tester with both manual testing and test automation skills.

Responsibility of the Automation Test Analyst:

Create a Test Automation harness

Create and maintain automation test suite – Web and API

Engage with designers and developers to clarify features and functionality

Be involved in functional and non-functional testing, defect tracking, and reporting to senior management

Contribute to the Development Team’s working practices and technology decisions, including process improvements.

C# expereince 

Skills and experience required:

Experience in writing and maintaining an API test automation framework, including the ability to write/amend automated test cases written in C#. Experience with other Object Orientated languages is also considered

Experience in writing and maintaining a UI test automation framework, including the ability to write/amend automated test cases

Creating Test plans and tracking deliverables using Azure DevOps or similar test management tools
