As a Sales Administrator, your responsibilities will include….

* Dealing with sales enquiries and providing our customers with outstanding customer service

* Providing support to our External Business Development Managers and wider sales team

* Providing quotations, in line with customer requirements

* Forecasting and managing our sales opportunities along with project pursuit activities

* CRM & database management, ensuring that you regularly check records to ensure accuracy

We’re looking for a Sales Administrator who has the following skills and experience…

* Experience working in sales, ideally manufacturing/engineering

* Have excellent Customer Service and communication skills

* Be well organised and be able to prioritise tasks

* Have some experience in using CRM systems.

* A problem-solving attitude and an eye for detail.

* Happy to pick up the phone and speak to customers

In return, the successful Sales Administrator will receive a salary of £24,000 - £28,000, plus the following benefits…
