Description
Develop and implement procurement strategies for the non food categories.
Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers
Lead high level strategy and negotiations with suppliers.
Work with internal stakeholders on new product development and innovation
Review and manage supplier performance
Ensure compliance with the company's procurement policies and proceduresProfile
A successful Procurement Category Manager should have:
Experience in the hospitality, or other multi-site industries.
Knowledge of procurement processes and supplier management
Excellent negotiation skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well as part of a team
High level of attention to detail
