Job Title: Receptionist

Location: Shoreditch

Remuneration: Hourly rate from £12 to £12.50

Contract Details: Wednesday 18th September, 9am-5pm

Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional reception services by warmly welcoming and assisting guests, answering inquiries about rooms, toilets, and other facilities.
Provide support to the reception downstairs, fielding calls and inquiries, directing guests to the appropriate rooms, and ensuring meeting rooms are set up and ready for use.
Manage room bookings, ensuring they are accurately recorded and promptly cancelling any unused rooms.
Conduct handovers to demonstrate the process for booking rooms and provide access passes to authorised individuals. Alongside this, check-in visitors and issue passes as necessary.
Collaborate with the reception downstairs via switchboard communication to notify them of guest arrivals.
Handle drink requests for guests and assist with post management, including collecting and collating mail, and scanning and forwarding legal mail as needed.
Maintain excellent attention to detail, especially when opening post that requires scanning.
