Assembly Line Test Engineer

Location: Stratford

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum

Benefits: 23 days holiday + bank holidays, employer pension contribution, and an early finish on Friday.

Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM and Friday: 8:30 AM - 3:00 PM

About the Role:

We are looking for an Assembly Line Test Engineer to join a company based in Stratford Upon Avon who is dedicated to creating life-changing products, and your role will be key in ensuring our products meet high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform tests on our devices to verify their quality.
Identify and fix any issues with the products.
Keep accurate records of test results and other important details.
Report on quality trends and help improve them.
Separate any faulty parts for further inspection.
Suggest ways to improve productivity and quality.
Help with various company projects, including stock checks.
Assist in assembling devices when needed.
Help prepare products for shipping.
Train new team members on department processes.
Support company procedures and compliance requirements.
Requirements:

Experience in assembly line work within a regulated industry.
Strong attention to detail, especially with electronic devices.
Good IT skills.
