iRecruit4 are currently looking for an Operations Manager. This is a senior executive role that combines operational leadership with strategic business development responsibilities. The Operations Manager will work closely with the Managing Director (MD), Factory Manager, Financial Manager, Estimations Manager, Sales Manager, Quality Manager, and Owner, to deliver outstanding performance across all aspects of the business. This role is essential for maintaining profit margins, driving innovation, and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction while supporting the company's long-term growth strategy. Technical experience within the sheet metal industry is essential for this role.
