Location: Reading, 3 minutes from the station, in a brand-new building
Rate: £25 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Start Date: ASAP

Are you a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer looking for your next opportunity? Join us in maintaining a state-of-the-art facility in the heart of Reading, just moments from the station.

Key Responsibilities:

* Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks.

* Conducting water treatment activities, including system flushing and compliance checks.

* Performing plant room inspections and ensuring all equipment is operating efficiently.

* Monitoring and maintaining building management systems (BMS).

* Identifying and resolving faults promptly to maintain building operations.

What We’re Looking For:

* Proven experience in mechanical maintenance, ideally within commercial buildings.

* Knowledge of water treatment processes and BMS monitoring systems.

* Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to maintenance.

* Relevant qualifications in mechanical engineering or building services (e.g., NVQ, C&G).
