The Role

Key Responsibilities of the Insurance Administrator:

Process insurance applications and renewals efficiently
Maintain accurate client records and policy documentation
Assist with underwriting tasks and risk assessments
Handle client inquiries and provide excellent customer service
Support the team with various administrative duties
Required knowledge and experience for the Insurance Administrator role:

Previous experience in insurance administration or a related field
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and database management
Knowledge of insurance products and regulatory requirements (desirable)
Great with customers
