Role: ERP Implementation Manager

Location: Remote

Salary: Up to £60,000 per year

The Role:

As an Implementation Consultant, you will play a key role in leading ERP implementations for our proprietary order management and website software, designed specifically for the promotional products industry. This is a varied and dynamic position, working closely with clients, internal teams, and software developers to ensure smooth and successful project delivery.

Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects, from initial scoping to go-live.
Gather business requirements and configure ERP systems to align with client needs.
Manage custom development projects, including API integrations and website connectivity.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure a seamless transition and user adoption.
Provide training, documentation, and post-implementation support.
Identify risks, resolve issues, and continuously seek process improvements.

Requirements:

3+ years' experience in ERP implementation projects, such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or industry-specific platforms.
Strong understanding of order management, supplier workflows, and inventory control.
Strong customer support and troubleshooting experience with ERP systems.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities effectively.
Experience with Power BI and project management tools such as Jira or Trello is advantageous.

Desirable:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Knowledge of the Promotional Products Industry.
