A Leading Construction contractor who work within Repairs and Maintenance are looking to take on a Repairs administrator/Planner to join there team in NW London
Repairs Administrator Responsibilities:
* Monitoring all inbox enquires and answering the phones
* Raising repair orders
* Dealing with client queries
* General administration tasks
* Dealing with Tennant repairs
What we are looking for:
* Can do attitude to work
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work in a busy environment
* Preferably have some experience in repairs and maintenance
* Full training will be provided
* Repairs Administrator or Repairs Planner Experience – Maintenance or/ Social Housing
