Role Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Bid Manager to provide comprehensive bid support across our group of companies: Holt Doctors, Agile Workforce Services, and Agile Insourcing. All three companies operate within the Healthcare sector, offering innovative workforce solutions.

As a Bid Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading the bid process to produce high-quality and cost-effective bid responses, with a strong emphasis on bid writing. You will report directly to the CEO and will be responsible for managing the bid lifecycle for both new and existing business opportunities. This includes opportunity management, recapture planning, contract management, bid governance, content library management, and presentation preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with Divisional Directors to understand pipelines and optimize the pre-engagement stage of the bid process, enhancing our chances of success.

* Lead the development of large, strategically important, and complex bids across all divisions.

* Chair kick-off and progress update meetings to ensure bid production remains on track.

* Analyse Invitations to Tender (ITTs), define response requirements, and create bid submission plans.

* Collaborate with sales teams to develop compelling win themes.

* Write client-focused RFP/ITT responses that are clear, persuasive, and tailored to the client’s needs.

* Ensure all bid submissions are completed accurately and within tight deadlines.

* Critically evaluate content to ensure our response fully meets ITT requirements, clearly answers all questions, and effectively communicates our unique selling points and win themes.

Qualifications and Skills:

* Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a bid management role.

* Experience within the healthcare recruitment sector is highly desirable.

* Proven experience in project managing bids in accordance with a defined bid governance policy.

* Demonstrated success in writing compelling and winning bids.

* Exceptional ability to produce a variety of documents to a high standard, including formatting, proofreading, and ensuring consistency in style and language.
