True Consulting is seeking a Service Sales Manager for a distinguished HVAC Contractor located in North London. With over 25 years of industry expertise, this contractor has earned a reputation as a trusted partner on some of the South East’s most prestigious projects. They collaborate with top-tier manufacturers in heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration, delivering exceptional installation, service, and maintenance solutions across a range of sectors.
The Service Sales Manager will be focused on securing Service and Maintenance Contracts with customers for their Commercial HVAC systems. They will develop and manage relationships with FM’s and end-users, while proactively seeking new business opportunities. They will research markets, devise strategic sales approaches, and promptly follow up on leads. Responsibilities include conducting site surveys, delivering client presentations, and securing appointments with key decision makers.
We are considering candidates from two main backgrounds:
1. An individual with a proven track record in selling HVAC Service and Maintenance Contracts to End Users and Facility Managers, making them an ideal fit for this role.
2. Alternatively, we welcome candidates from any sales background who possess some knowledge of Building Services, Engineering, or HVAC, that are eager to apply their skills in a thriving industry.
The Service Sales Manager will receive:
* £30,000 - £60,000 dependant on experience
* Uncapped OTE
* Car allowance
* 23 days holiday plus Bank Holidays (growing with service)
