Role Overview:
As a Health Care Assistant working with patients who have brain injuries, you will be providing crucial support in both the physical and emotional rehabilitation of individuals. You will assist patients with daily living activities, support them with mobility, and work alongside a multidisciplinary team to ensure their care needs are met. Key Responsibilities:

* Support patients with cognitive and rehabilitation activities to promote mental and physical recovery.
* Help patients with everyday tasks such as dressing, meal preparation, and housekeeping as required.
