Sister/Charge Nurse – ITU

Location: London (Near Baker Street)
Salary: £53,000 - £57,000 (based on experience) + £3,000 upon completion Critical Care Course
Contract: Permanent | Full-time (37.5 hours per week - Mixed Shift rotation)

The Role

As a Sister/Charge Nurse in ITU, you will:

* Lead and support a high-performing team in a dynamic critical care environment

* Provide expert clinical leadership, ensuring exceptional patient care

* Oversee daily operations and deputise in the absence of the Unit Manager

* Drive staff training, mentorship, and professional development

* Play a key role in advancing patient care using the latest innovations

What You’ll Bring

* NMC-registered Registered General Nurse

* Strong experience in ITU/Critical Care

* Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a team

* Commitment to professional growth, with a passion for mentoring junior staff

* ITU/Critical Care qualification (60 credits)
