Location: Lambeth, London
Salary: £85 - £100 per day (depending on experience)
Contract: Full-Time, Term Time Only

A vibrant secondary school in Lambeth is looking for a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join their team in January 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in students' lives, supporting their learning and personal development in a welcoming school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide tailored support to students with additional learning needs, both one-to-one and in groups.
Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
Help students with academic tasks, exam preparation, and building confidence.
Promote inclusion and encourage students' independence and self-esteem.
Work alongside educational specialists to implement tailored learning strategies.
Monitor student progress and provide feedback to staff and parents.

Ideal Candidate:

Experience working with children or young people (preferred but not essential).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
A patient, supportive, and proactive approach.
Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
