Logging of enquires and sending enquiry acknowledgements
Processing client purchase orders
Travel arrangements for Site Engineers
Managing diaries / calendars 
Day to day administration duties
Team player
Cover for any of the department staff when required.
Answering the telephone, directing the calls appropriately
