Antalis Parkside has an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Technician to join our Systems Team based at our Coventry site.

Role Overview

The ideal candidate will have some technical or electrical knowledge of machinery of any kind. You'll be involved in the entire lifecycle of packaging machinery - from prepping and building new machines to maintaining existing ones, ensuring top performance.

As a Maintenance Technician at Antalis, you'll be conducting pre-delivery quality checks to ensure every machine meets the highest safety and performance standards at all times and play a key role in customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities

Prep and build packaging machinery
Carry out pre-delivery inspections prior to dispatch
Provide support with booking-in and dispatching spare parts and machines to the warehouse team
Regularly service power tools
Prioritise orders based on customer and business expectations
Keep inside sales systems updated and engineers up to date where necessary
Update spreadsheets and complete administration duties
Inspect the quality of products and orders before dispatch
Work in line with all Health and Safety policies and procedures at all times

Essential Skills

Experience working within a technical role with machinery of any kind
A genuine interest in learning more about packaging machinery
Ability to learn quickly and operate with a professional approach
Able to prioritise and hold good organisational skills
Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver excellent customer service at all times
