What's involved?

As Concierge your duties will include but not limited to:

Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanour
Provide information and assistance to guests on local attractions, restaurants, transportation, and other services
Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner
Arrange transportation, restaurant reservations, and other concierge services as requested by guests
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of local events, shows, and activities
Assist with check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a smooth process for guests
Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled in a timely manner
Keep the lobby area clean, organised, and welcoming for all guests
Provide personalised service to VIP guests and maintain confidentiality at all times

Requirements?

Excellent customer service skills
Experience in a luxury hotel or similar environment
2 years knowledgeable about London and key tourist attractions
Confident communicator with an excellent telephone manner
Excellent command of the English language
Extremely well groomed and presented
Have the right to work in the United Kingdom
Must be able to drive and have a full clean UK driving license and held for more than 5 years (and must be over the age of 25 years to comply with the hotel insurance policy)
