Teaching Assistant - Kirkby

Your Role and Responsibilities:

Provide essential classroom support to ensure all students can fully engage in lessons.
Assist teachers with lesson preparation, resource management, and classroom activities.
Offer one-on-one and small-group support to students who need extra guidance.
Foster a nurturing and inclusive environment that builds student confidence.
Support children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) as required.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience working with children in a school setting (preferred but not essential).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A patient, supportive approach with the ability to adapt to diverse learning needs.
A proactive and collaborative mindset.
