My client is a popular registered Charity and looking for an experienced Business Support Specialist. An individual to provide crucial support for our business systems, with a particular focus on Unit4 Agresso Business World systems. You will assist the Business Systems Manager, contributing to the system's effectiveness and supporting users.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide business systems support, including incident resolution and user administration.
Support projects, upgrades, and enhancements related to our systems, including Unit4.
Liaise with stakeholders regarding system requirements and improvements.What We Need:

Demonstrable understanding or experience with Unit4 Business World/Agresso ERP System.
Experience in a responsive business systems support role.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Experience with HR/Payroll systems and SQL is beneficial.
