Resident Liaison Officer – Old Trafford, Manchester – Social Housing Scheme

Our client, a residential developer who have sites across Manchester, are looking for a Resident Liaison Officer to join their project in Old Trafford.

Key responsibilities:

*

Build positive relationships with residents

*

Mitigate dissatisfaction with planned works

*

Resolve complaints and queries swiftly and efficiently

*

Visit tenants and advise on pre planned works

*

Liaise with housing associations and build relationships with them

*

Work closely with project and site management team to ensure quality of customer service

*

Produce and collect tenancy approval forms

*

Ensure resident satisfaction

Must have:

*

Minimum 2 years experience as an RLO within construction

*

Strong communication and customer service skills

*

Positive and proactive attitude

*

Excellent written English

*

Able to work in a team

*

Competent computer skills
