An esteemed Construction Consultancy in London is seeking an enthusiastic and resourceful Senior Construction Project Manager.

This role offers an exciting opportunity for a professional with a knack for managing diverse public sector projects.

The Senior Construction Project Manager Role

The Senior Construction Project Manager will be responsible for a varied portfolio of public sector projects, including culture and heritage, emergency services (blue light), healthcare, schools, and housing.

This entails:

Overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from initial concept to completion.
Formulating project briefs, overseeing contractor procurement, and managing meetings.
Handling program and financial management, design supervision, risk management, and contract administration.
Working with JCT 2016 and/or NEC3 or 4 contracts.The Senior Construction Project Manager

A Bachelor's Degree in Construction, Building Surveying, or a related field.
A solid background in a construction consultancy environment.
Ideally Chartered status in RICS, CIOB, or APM.
Direct experience in managing public sector projects.
The ability to work effectively both in a team and independently.
A valid UK driving license.In Return?
