PERSONAL ASSISTANT
An amazing opportunity to work for a leading media company as a Personal Assistant on a temporary basis!
PERSONAL ASSISTANT ROLE:
Organising and maintaining the diary for Directors supported by the role, prioritising daily workload and booking all meetings to ensure the Director’s time is managed efficiently
Minimising Directors' workloads and use of time by actioning all possible correspondence, forwarding it to relevant direct reports, and ensuring follow-up action
Booking and coordinating all travel and accommodation as directed, ensuring all bookings are made within the travel and expense policy
Submitting expense reports on behalf of Directors supported by the role as proxy
Organising and coordinating all aspects of internal and external meetings as requested
Organising events as required
Managing scheduling for annual operating planning (AOP) meetings for the UK and OEMEA
Supporting meetings and events ad hoc as required, for example, taking minutes, sending out agendas
Actioning all general administration requirements, including but not limited to post and courier requirements, and office supplies
Creating an efficient centralised collation and sharing point for the Director and team input
Supporting other executives as required in the absence of other personal assistants and executive assistants PERSONAL ASSISTANT ESSENTIALS:
Minimum of 2 years of Personal Assistant experience
Ability to work without close supervision and prioritise workload
