We seek a seasoned and passionate Senior Systems Engineer to lead a major project team as the System Design Authority. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering a complex system featuring advanced sensors, electronics, and signal processing firmware and software to our C4ISR customers.

What we need from you:

Proven experience in delivering complex system design, implementation, testing, and integration within the defence or similarly highly regulated industries.
Comprehensive knowledge of the full system life-cycle, including design, development, testing, integration, and acceptance.
Proficiency in analysing and specifying system acceptance requirements.
Familiarity with modern software design techniques in C++, Java, and C#.
Understanding of network technologies.
Knowledge of advanced electronics and firmware design principles.
Strong technical expertise in military-grade COTS communication and sensor systems.For Security Clearance reasons to work this role you must have British citizenship!
