This is a full-time on-site role located in Daventry for the position of Head of Transport & Logistics. The Head of Transport & Logistics will oversee the daily operations of transport and logistics, ensuring the efficient movement of materials and goods. Responsibilities include managing the supply chain, coordinating procurement activities, leading and mentoring the team, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role also involves optimizing operational processes to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications
• Experience in Supply Chain Management and Procurement
• Proven skills in Operations Management and process optimization
• Strong Team Leadership abilities
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Experience in the recycling or metals industry is a plus
