The Role - Full-time Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a Full-time Teaching Assistant to join a primary school in Coleshill. This role will start immediately and run until May half term, with the potential for an extension until July. Your duties will vary, including providing 1:1 support for individual students and assisting with whole-class activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 support to students who may require additional help.
Assist in delivering lessons and supporting the learning of students across various subjects.
Help manage classroom activities, ensuring that all students are engaged and progressing.
Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure the best educational outcomes for students.
Support the overall well-being of students and contribute to their social and emotional development.

About You:

Experience as a teaching assistant or in a similar role.
Knowledge of the KS1 and KS2 curriculum.
Patient, proactive, and adaptable to varying classroom needs.
