What you will do:

Preventive Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and maintenance to ensure machinery runs smoothly.
Reactive Maintenance: Diagnose and repair equipment failures quickly to minimize downtime.
Installation & Modifications: Assist with installing new machinery and modifying existing equipment.
Safety & Compliance: Follow Health & Safety and Food Safety regulations and ensure HACCP, GMP compliance.
Documentation: Maintain accurate maintenance records and generate performance reports.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability and efficiency.
Collaboration: Work with teams to address issues and optimize machinery performance.
Training: Train staff and junior engineers on equipment and safety procedures
