Are you a mechanically biased maintenance technician looking for a stable, long-term role on a static commercial site in Peckham? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading FM provider, working on a prestigious commercial contract maintaining a range of building services equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPMs) and reactive repairs on:
HVAC systems (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning)
Plumbing systems (hot/cold water, drainage, pipework, leak repairs)
Pumps & motors (servicing, fault finding, and maintenance)
Cooling & heating systems (pressurisation units, expansion vessels, fan coil units, AHUs)
General fabric maintenance as required
Diagnose and troubleshoot faults across mechanical systems
Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and maintenance regulations
Log maintenance tasks and updates on job management systemsRequirements:

Level 2/3 in Mechanical Engineering, Plumbing, or HVAC (or equivalent)
Strong mechanical building services maintenance experience
Good working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and cooling/heating systems
Ability to work independently and liaise with clients professionally
Any additional electrical or multi-skilled experience is beneficial
