An accountancy firm based in London are recruiting for a BusinessSupport Assistant/ Receptionist to join their team. This is a permanentposition and you must be immediately available to start. The role is Monday-Friday 09:00-17:00 and you are required to travel to the office five days aweek.
Your new role
Your new role will be responsible the following duties (pleasenote this list is not exhaustive):
Answering incoming telephone calls and greeting clients. Taking messages where applicable
Typing and issuing of letters
Photocopying, printing and scanning
Directing visitors to meeting rooms
Ordering office supplies
Archiving and recalling files
Dealing with new client onboarding administration
Updating in-house client management system
Filing (lots of filing both paper and electronic)
Archiving and management of confidential wasteWhat you'll need to succeed
In order tosucceed in this role you will need to have proven business support experience.You must be able to work with a high energy level and have solid organisationabilities. You must work with a high degree of professionalism and be able tomanage multiple priorities. You need to have exceptional written and verbalcommunication skills and have excellent time management skills. You need to bea team player and be able to work flexibility to the needs of the business.
